Adrian Otto
Key Principle and CEO
After relocating to the United States, Adrian has spearheaded projects involving the acquisition, repositioning, and development of multifamily properties with a total volume exceeding $120 million. He has successfully executed five full-cycle deals, yielding an impressive average annual IRR of over 40%. Successfully received over $200M in commitments for future acquisitions.
Furthermore, Adrian has achieved remarkable success in establishing a thriving property management company specializing in the revitalization of underperforming assets. Adrian is a certified Apartment Manager as designated by the National Apartment Association.
Stephen Hall
Managing Director and Head of the Institutional Coverage Group (“ICG”)
Stephen is responsible for the creation and execution of Multifamily programs for capital markets and credit underwriting. Prior to working with Clear Pine Capital, Stephen has developed an in-depth understanding of capital markets, unique and creative transaction structures, and 1031 exchanges. Stephen has advised over $1 Billion in transactional volume.
Prior to working with Clear Pine Capital, Stephen has bought and sold over 70 projects. Stephen is a tax advisor where he built a real estate tax advisory practice. He graduated from the University of Southern California. Stephen lives in the Tampa area with his wife and his son and daughter.
Grant McDaniel
Head of Investor Relations
Grant has a research background as a Research Analyst with Waterside Capital Partners. His role was to verify the portfolio company’s publicly traded statements. His expertise expands to the financial markets inside the boardroom and outside the boardroom.
Prior to working with Clear Pine Capital, Grant was a government relations specialist, collaborating with multinational institutions including the White House, State Department, Congress, and over +100 governments worldwide to address matters concerning religious freedom. He played an instrumental role in facilitating the allocation of $50 million in religious freedom funding within the United States, and helped pass a legislative bill aimed at the comprehensive legalization of religion in Guatemala.
